Telae™ Bedding will be shipped to you via FedEx and is FREE for a limited time. Transit times are typically up to five (5) business days within the contiguous U.S. based on the final destination ZIP code. Longer transit times to destinations outside the contiguous U.S.

If you need your shipment sooner, an additional fee will be incurred, but we will do everything possible to accommodate your request.

Shipping rates will apply to orders being sent to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands and all other U.S. territories.

Methods of Payment:
We accept Visa & MasterCard via Paypal, (buyer does not need a Paypal account), checks, money orders, and cashiers checks. For a total amount due of $5,000 or more, we accept money orders, cashiers checks, and wire transfers. We reserve the right to cancel any transaction.  Partial payments are not accepted.

Personal or Business Checks
We will hold all items paid for with a personal or business check for 10 days after the date of deposit. If you need your item(s) released for shipping or available for pick-up sooner, please choose another payment method. There is a $30 returned check fee.

Sales Tax
All items picked up at our location or shipped to a Michigan address are subject to 6% Sales Tax. You must fully execute and sign a Michigan Certificate of Resale to be exempt (in person or by fax).

International Payments
International customers may pay by Visa and MasterCard via Paypal or by Wire Transfer. No checks or money orders drawn on foreign banks will be accepted.

Returns and Exchanges:
We want you to love your bedding. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it for exchange or refund (excludes custom orders). Item must be in its’ original packaging and in perfect, unused condition. Sorry, shipping costs will not be refunded. You must email us within five (5) days of receipt for return/exchange instructions and to receive a return number. Insure the return for the full value with “tracking”. Returns lost in return shipping will not be refunded. We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a re-stocking or repair fee, if the item has been at all damaged or worn. While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with us is positive.
